Real estate stocks on HOSE and HNX exchanges recorded a strong rally last trading week, with many stocks up 10-20%.
The price momentum comes from the Government new resolution on resolving legal bottlenecks for numerous pending real estate projects. An estimated 300 projects will have legal issues resolved in 2025.
Large-cap real estate stocks such as Vinhomes, Novaland and Khang Dien all recorded strong gains. Liquidity in this group also surged, showing capital flows returning to the real estate market.
